2 employees working as day of help for moving tables/chairs, emptying trash throughout building, checking up on restrooms to ensure they are tidy, working with vendors to assist and answer questions.

1 hour rehearsal walkthrough the day before the scheduled event unless another event is scheduled in that case we will work out a day/time that works.

If available, day before event setup is allowed from 9am-5pm and is an additional $1,000.
